Connected Heritage
Black Heritage Walks Network CIC has been commissioned by Stronger Communities Commonwealth Games Legacy Fund, to deliver three heritage tours:
- An E-scooter tour
- A Black sporting heroes tour
- A tour showcasing Equiano and the Enlightenment
This is part of a network of heritage tours that showcase the diverse heritage of Birmingham. This project focuses on developing an interconnected network of heritage trails that navigate through Birmingham’s history and that will take residents and visitors on a journey through a series of the city’s historical sites and highlight the area’s history, culture and architecture.
