- All walks/tours will be conducted by an officially trained Black Heritage Networks Heritage Guide.
- All walks must be book a month in advance, by sending the completed form to blackheritagewalksnetwork@gmail.com.
- A non refundable deposit is of £40 is required for group bookings up to 20 people and 50% of the booking fee for bookings 20+ people. .
- Any cancellation of a booked walk/tour must be advised in writing 7 days in advance
- Walk/tour fees must be paid in full to the heritage tour guide upon arrival, based on the number of attendees.
- All walks are insured with the relevant public liability insurance and each tour is risk assessed in relation to the booking.
- The Management has the right not to accept a booking based on the level of risk. The Management cannot be held responsible for any incident or injury to the ticket holder, unless caused by negligence of the Management.
- The Management reserve the right to make changes to the tour owing to any unforeseen or avoidable cause and can cancel, halt, delay or postpone the walk for reasons beyond its control without notice or without being able to pay any person compensation or damage other than at the Management’s discretion.
- The named group organiser overleaf or person as identified as such on the day will be held responsible for the overall behaviour of the group and ensure that the instructions of the official heritage tour guide in respect of health & safety along the route are observed at all times.
