Birmingham Reggae Royalty

Birmingham's Reggae Royalty is a arts mural celebrating the talent of Reggae artists in Birmingham over the past 60 years. Its is a partnership project with Simmer Down Arts and also funded by B2022 Creative Cities.

The mural was co-created with Birmingham Youth Service and legendary artist Bunny Bread, to develop an explosive arts interpretation of Birmingham's Reggae Royalty.

The mural has been installed at Handsworth Leisure Centre, Handsworth, Birmingham and will be launched on 17th July 2022 at the Simmer Down Reggae Festival in Handsworth Park. To find out more, please visit Simmer Down Arts website
