Black Heritage Walk Network will be delivering a Windrush Heritage Exhibition,as part of the ‘This Is My City Festival Community Zone at the T20 fixture at Edgbaston Stadium on Saturday 26th June 2021.

 

Our ‘Windrush Heritage’ sponsored by Enterprise Holdings, we be showcasing sporting heroes such as Malcolm Marshall and past community legends like the late Sted Wallen. Come and enjoy the fast-paced action of T20 cricket, which will include a commonwealth themed celebration of the best of Birmingham. The fun will start pre-game before the T20 Vitality Blast match between Birmingham Bears and Durham, with commonwealth games inspired sports activation, an inflatable fun zone, and live DJ. Prior to the Women’s T20 fixture between Central Sparks and Southern Vipers there will be live entertainment all celebrating the diversity of the city.
